Midwest Beach Wrestling Nationals is open to all ages and skill levels!
– Score 3 points in 3 minutes to win
– Score 1 point for making opponent touch outside the ring
– Score 1 point for a takedown to the sand
– Score 3 points for a throw to the back and win on the spot
For additional details, we will be having our experienced team of officials lead a rules clinic 30 minutes prior to competition.
